Dear Friends:
Hope you all had a good Summer...It sure flew by fast. Traveling and singing took a better portion of it although we were blessed to have grandsons Alex & Lucas, niece Tyonna and granddaughters Paige & Kaleigh visit during July which was a joy for us!!
The Heritage Music Fest was a success….thanks to everyone for your support. Next year’s festival is scheduled July 18th at Elk Point School. Mark your calendar….We have some new faces next year. We had the pleasure of working with Terry Smith, Clarence Hayden, Wayne Longtin, Tom Mullally The Johansen Sisters, The Kooi Family, Erv Pickhinki, to name a few. Planning trips to the Black Hills in September for the Custer State Park Arts Festival, Branson in October for the Country Gospel Music Convention and one to Texas in December to see our newest grandson who is due in November. This will be Brent & Kelly’s first baby and we are all excited!!
Paul is in the cast of Guys and Dolls at the Sioux City Community Theater which is his first theater musical debue. I am so proud of him!! It will run the first 3 weekends in September. .....hE AND THE PLAY WERE AWESOME!!!!
“The Spirit of America” album is touching lots of hearts and it has a great message for our times and our country. Please continue to pray for our troops and military.
Christmas will be here too before we know it!! Be sure to get your copy of “Everyday is Christmas” with original songs to go with the classics for your collection and listening pleasure too!! Albums make great gifts!!!
